Produit au Népal, dans les jardins de Pashupatinagar, ce thé vert est une délicieuse découverte. Ses feuilles non roulées, et donc extrèmement volumineuses, ont été séchées à chaleur sêche selon la méthode chinoise. Le résultat est une infusion claire, à peine verte avec un parfum puissant. La sensation umami est très marquée et donne à la liqueur une texture incroyable, velouté et ample.

Harvested in Nepal, in the gardens of Pashupatinagar, this green tea is a delicious discovery.Its not rolled and thus extremely large leaves were dried with dry heat like the chinese method.  The result is a clear and hardly green infusion with a strong flavor. The umami sensation is strong and gives to the steep an incredible texture, smooth and ample.
